About Us

The New Jersey Nursing Home Alliance is a coalition of caregivers and providers working together to raise standards in the nursing home industry. As a labor-management partnership between 1199SEIU and the state’s leading providers of skilled nursing care, including Genesis HealthCare, the Alliance gives voice to the concerns and experiences of nursing home residents, their families, and direct care workers.
